Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Voorhees Township, NJ. Our twos program focuses on discovery, independence, and building a foundation for a lifetime love of learning.

As a Twos Teacher, you’ll guide young learners through hands-on experiences that support language development, social growth, and routines in a nurturing, safe classroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• An awarded CDA in Infant Toddler, preferred.
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
• Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving.
• Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
• Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
• Partner with your co-teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture
