Job summary

Enchanted Care is seeking a caring, creative Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team. You’ll guide curious toddlers through hands-on experiences that support language development, social growth, and independent skills in a nurturing classroom.

You’ll partner with co-teachers and families to build a supportive culture, maintain consistent routines, and foster a love of learning through play. Experience in licensed childcare and authorization to work in the United States required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.

Responsibilities

• Implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
• Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving.
• Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
• Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
