Salary ranges from $50,000 to $62,000 per year plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.).

Qualifications

• 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher
• Bachelor’s degree (in any field) required
• Citizenship status: U.S. citizen, national, or eligible non-citizen (EAD/DACA)
• No teaching certification required — open to all majors and backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Teach two years full-time in an under-resourced public school.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families.
• Learn to navigate barriers kids face inside and outside the classroom.
• Sharpen communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills through daily classroom leadership.
• Work with school communities to remove obstacles and open doors for students.
