Job summary

Primrose School of Andover is seeking a dedicated Two Year Olds Teacher to help young minds explore and build confidence through Primrose Balanced Learning.

Massachusetts EEC Certified educators are encouraged to apply; full-time hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including supervising, implementing lesson plans, communicating with families, and maintaining a safe, clean classroom. We offer onboarding and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Certified.
• Full-time availability Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–5:30 PM.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out daily class functions of a group of 2-year-olds
• Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
• Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum
• Communicate and collaborate professionally with parents and faculty members
• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance within the classroom
• Attend all required staff meetings, workshops and school events
• Prior experience leading a group of students
• Full-time availability between the hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday for a rotating schedule
• Must be able to lift minimum 30 lbs
