Qualifications

• Pass required state and company background checks.
• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.
• 12 Child Development units completed: CD, family, community, curriculum, and practices.
• Infant/Toddler course may be required for related roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP).
• Transcripts required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities aligned with children’s needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom following procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support across centers or nearby locations as needed.
