The Learning Experience in Fort Myers, FL seeks a passionate Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our team. You will create a warm, safe classroom for toddlers and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support cognitive and social growth.

You will collaborate with families, participate in ongoing professional development, and contribute to a nurturing environment where children learn, play, and thrive under high standards of care and education.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional teaching experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; CDA/Associate degree or higher in ECE preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to foster cognitive and emotional growth.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for two-year-olds.
• Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
• Encourage social interaction and play-based learning among students.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes exploration.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and educational practices.
