The Primrose School at Colorado Station is looking to add to our amazing Teaching Team!

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Pathways Teacher for our 2-3 year old classroom. Our teachers plan and implement an ongoing program of activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child, following the Primrose Balanced Learning approach.

Our school is located in Denver at I-25 and Evans, just one block from the Colorado Station light rail. We provide our teachers with necessary resources, including training, materials, and classroom support. Our Leadership Team, including the owner, has classroom teaching experience and understands daily teaching challenges.

Primrose School at Colorado Station is an accredited private preschool offering year-round childcare for infants through Pre-Kindergarten.

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Follow all rules and regulations regarding health, safety, and care of children
• Assess children's developmental needs regularly
• Implement lesson plans and classroom schedules aligned with the Primrose curriculum
• Coordinate parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations with leadership
• Maintain a clean, engaging, and well-organized classroom environment
• Provide positive reinforcement and set clear behavioral expectations
• Ensure classroom and playground cleanliness and safety
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school events
• Adhere to professional appearance standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Director or designee
