Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Hematology and Oncology.
• Active Iowa license or IMLC Letter of Qualification.
• BLS and DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Adult hematology/oncology clinic with infrequent inpatient consults.
• Manage 16-20 clinic patients per day.
• Provide consults, follow-up care, and oversee antineoplastic therapy.
