Spartina 449, a South Carolina owned fashion brand, seeks a General Manager for two Hilton Head Island locations. You will lead store teams, drive sales, manage payroll budgets, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, recruiting and training staff, and coordinating merchandising, promotions, and store operations to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for Spartina 449 at all times.
• Manage store merchandising and operating standards to drive sales.
• Analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly sales to inform action plans.
• Oversee payroll budgeting and staffing levels for coverage.
• Ensure positive staff and customer experiences and maintain compliance with policies.
