Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in distribution.
• Experience with DC equipment and e‑commerce fulfillment encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations within a 1.2 million sq ft facility across two shifts.
• Lead a workforce of about 40 employees with coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a culture of safety and accountability.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and labor utilization to maintain staffing levels.
• Manage inbound receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping.
• Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, attendance, and costs, driving improvements.
• Collaborate with transportation, customer service, and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Support labor planning, resource allocation, inventory accuracy, and cost-control efforts.
