Role Description

We're hiring a Commission-Based Fundraising Consultant to help lead in grant development, sponsorship outreach, and donor cultivation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with client goals
2. Identify, engage, and build relationships with donors, sponsors, and grant funders
3. Support the preparation of compelling grant proposals and pitch decks
4. Coordinate and promote virtual and in-person fundraising events
5. Maintain accurate donor records and track campaign performance
6. Collaborate with a national team to hit fundraising milestones

5. Experience with CRMs, donor databases, or grant platforms is a plus
6. Prior work in nonprofit development, communications, or marketing preferred
7. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is helpful but not required
