The Learning Experience - St. Charles, IL is seeking a passionate Two's Teacher to create a positive learning environment for young children.

You will implement the L.E.A.P curriculum and work closely with families and colleagues to support development through play and exploration. We invite caring, creative educators with prior early childhood experience to join our team and help children learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred; six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for Two's children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a play-and-learn setting.
• Communicate with parents about children’s adventures and achievements via apps and conversations.
• Comply with state licensing requirements for the role.
