Duties
  • Plan age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage growth, modeling Christian behavior.
  • Maintain communication with parents through discussions, reports, and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
  • Keep the environment safe, healthy, clean, and organized.
  • Engage in professional development for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Meet or exceed qualifications for a Lead Teacher or willing to obtain Infant and Toddler Training.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum fostering a love of learning.
  • Have the physical ability to perform essential functions, with or without accommodations.
  • Prefer previous experience in early childcare.
  • Act as a positive role model.
