Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in an industrial production role.
• Experience with form-fill-seal packaging equipment is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a machine operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate production packaging equipment efficiently.
• Provide emergency troubleshooting during production runs with maintenance team.
• Set up and changeover machines while complying with food safety standards.
• Adjust mechanics to minimize downtime and waste.
• Diagnose minor issues and test adjustments.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment.
• Complete production and quality control paperwork with attention to detail.
• Follow GMPs and safety programs related to production.
• Operate two packaging machines with minimal supervision.
• All other duties as assigned.
