Job summary

Tidewater Tech is seeking a Campus Executive Director to oversee two Norfolk, VA campuses. You will drive overall performance, strategic growth, and financial stewardship while ensuring academic quality and strong student outcomes across both locations.

As the senior executive leader, you will manage two campus leadership teams, collaborate with industry partners, and ensure regulatory compliance, enrollment growth, and successful graduation and job placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years of management experience in post‑secondary education.
• Experience managing leaders across Admissions, Financial Aid, Student & Career Success, Compliance, and Education/Academics.
• Demonstrated ownership of academic quality and student experience.
• Experience operating in a matrix organization with dotted‑line reporting to corporate leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own overall business performance for two Tidewater Tech campuses including P&L, revenue, budgeting and long‑term financial sustainability.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead campus leadership teams to achieve enrollment, retention, graduation, placement and financial goals.
• Drive operational excellence and manage facilities, capital planning, and investments.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting agencies, state regulators, Title IV/Title IX, and policies; lead accreditation visits and audits.
