Job summary

Valdese Weavers in Valdese, NC seeks a Doubler-Twister Operator to run equipment, meet production quotas, and follow ISO 9001 work instructions. You will order yarn, monitor quality, perform creel changes, and maintain safe work habits in a team environment.

Overtime is available, with a shift premium on 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus a $50 attendance bonus for two weeks with no time missed. PPE and 5S standards apply daily.

Valdese Weavers is a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company and has been in business for over 100 years. As one of the largest woven textile mills in the world, Valdese Weavers designs and manufactures residential and contract-grade fabrics for furniture manufacturers, fabric distributors, and large retailers.2nd and 3rd shift do receive a shift premium of $1.00. We offer a $50 attendance bonus for every two weeks in which you miss no time, not including our shutdown periods. This bonus would provide an extra $0.62 to your hourly rate.Job Summary: Operate doubler-twister machine to produce yarn.
