This job requires the Twin Peaks Girl to interact with, entertain, and provide best-in-class service and hospitality to every Twin Peaks guest. Additionally, Twin Peaks Girls are required to sell food and beverages. The essence of the Twin Peaks Girl is based on female sex appeal, and encompasses her knowledge of sports, food, beverages, having a fun energetic personality, and her ability to meet and maintain the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines.
The Twin Peaks Girl is what makes the Twin Peaks concept unique. Therefore, it is essential that each Twin Peaks Girl understands that whenever she is working she must comply with the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines. On occasion, Twin Peaks promotes costume parties. If the Twin Peaks Girl participates in the costume party, she must comply with the costume guidelines for such costume party.
No prior experience or training required.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, read and understand the menu, operate a computerized register system, suggest menu items, and entertain guests.
Apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions, handle standardized situations, perform basic math for transactions.
Attend orientation and complete all required training, including food and alcohol service certifications as per local and state regulations.
Regularly stand, walk, handle objects, communicate verbally, reach, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.
Exposure to kitchen fumes, humid conditions, cleaning chemicals, loud noise, and possibly smoke from guest smoking areas. Reasonable accommodations should be considered for disabilities.
