ABOVE & BEYOND NANNY SERVICES INC in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced nanny for newborn twins with a start date of February 1, 2027. The role begins part-time (2–3 days per week) and shifts to full-time by mid-March as parents return to work.

The ideal candidate is calm, dependable, and able to partner closely with the family to manage feeding routines, sleep schedules, baby gear, and daily logs while creating a warm, safe, and loving environment for the twins.

Qualifications

• Newborn & Twin Experience: Confident managing schedules, feeding, and daily needs of multiples.
• Core Qualities: Highly dependable, adaptable, patient, calmly handling busy days.
• Communication: Open lines with parents and daily collaboration.
• Organization: Keep baby gear, nursery items, and logs running smoothly.
• Flexibility: Occasional overnight care shifts when needed.
• Dog-Friendly: Comfortable with a 40 lb Labrador mix, Bella.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, nurturing, and responsive care for twin girls.
• Supporting healthy sleep habits and feeding routines as they grow.
• Engaging the babies with age-appropriate developmental activities and tummy time.
• Maintaining nurseries, baby bottles, and children's laundry.
• Partnering with the family as a true teammate in parenting.
