This newly created role is a unique opportunity to help design and role out the TWI method in training to develop the employees at the site. As the leader for training excellence at the site, you'll not only create and deliver hands-on, high-impact learning materials—you'll also coach and develop a team of trainers, elevate the consistency and quality of instruction, and ensure our standards are applied with discipline and clarity. You'll play a central role in building operator capability, driving standards rigor, and fostering a culture grounded in safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Bachelors or better.
Some travel required during onboarding to learn best practices at other facilities
At least 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Training Within Industry (TWI) training methodology
Hands-on training experience, with a focus on developing others on the job
Management of performance and training metrics.
Ability to train and give constructive criticism to further personnel's knowledge
Showcases excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Exhibits a deep understanding of training methodologies, showcasing demonstrated expertise.
