Job description

TW Services is a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Sysco, currently seeking staff to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We offer full-time, permanent employment, not temporary agency work.

Our fast onboarding process can get you to work shortly after your interview.

Position

Dock Unloader/Lumper

Hours/Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM - Finish (approximately 1:30 PM). Further shift details will be discussed at the interview.

Compensation/Benefits

Weekly pay cycle — paid every Friday. Base pay plus production bonus, ranging from $600 to $1000 weekly. Time Off Accrual (PSL). PPO Health Insurance with Vision and Dental.

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shift checks of equipment
• Unload pallets
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials
• Breakdown and restack product from pallets
• Product and quantity verification
• Wrap pallets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year prior warehouse experience
• Electric Pallet Jack experience (preferred)
• Pass drug screen and background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.A.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Steel toe shoes required upon hire
