While we work with students across the country, our immediate openings are:

Location:

• Los Angeles County Library Locations
• West Covina, CA 91790
  
  

Schedule:

• Tues/Wed, 3:30 PM TO 7:00 PM
• Thurs, 2:00 PM TO 5:30 PM
  
  

Hours:

• 9-15 hours per week, with the possibility of 20+ hours per week within 30 days by working additional virtual or in-person hours.
  
  

Pay:

• $22 per hour standard
• $23 per hour if bilingual (Spanish or other preferred language based on site request)
• $24 per hour if credentialed teacher or certificated tutor
  
  

In this role, you will:

• Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

• You will pass FBI/DOJ background check
• You can provide 3 professional references
• You have a minimum of 60 units of college credits
• You have at least one year of student-related experience
• You are detail-oriented and highly dependable

• You have reliable transportation
• You can provide a negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of being hired
