• Tutor healthcare professions which may include Respiratory Care, EMS/Paramedic, PTA, OTA, Dental Hygiene, Surgical Tech, Radiologic Tech, and Sonography; review Anatomy & Physiology concepts.

Primary Duties Performed

• Supports nursing and health professions students by providing tutoring, which includes helping build confidence, develop a study plan, take notes effectively, apply lecture material to clinical situations, understand course material, etc. Provides test prep sessions.
• Communicates regularly with faculty and colleagues to establish appropriate support to students. Markets tutoring services to students and faculty.
• Healthcare professions may include Respiratory Care, EMS/Paramedic, PTA, OTA, Dental Hygiene, Surgical Tech, Radiologic Tech, and Sonography. Tutoring may include reviewing concepts in Anatomy & Physiology.
