*PRIMARY PURPOSE*

To lead student study groups using methodologies required by the after school program. This program is designed to provide academic enrichment for students.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education/Certification
• High school diploma
• Special Knowledge/Skills
• Proficiency in all subjects including math, reading, and writing.
• The ability to work effectively and harmoniously with students and school personnel.
• Able to follow written and/or oral directions and to exercise good judgement.
• Utilize effective verbal and written communications skills as well as a high degree of literacy and higher order thinking skills.

Minimum Experience

Experience of having worked with elementary and/or secondary students is preferred.
