Strategic Therapy Autism Services in Jobstown, NJ, seeks an experienced Tutor to provide in-home academic and skill-building support for individuals with autism and other learning disabilities. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule and meaningful impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or special education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with families, supervisors, and care teams to develop and implement individualized tutoring strategies.
• Arrive on time and be prepared for tutoring sessions.
• Provide in-home tutoring support tailored to the needs of individuals with autism and other learning disabilities.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
• Track and document academic progress and skill development during sessions.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.

Strategic Therapy Autism Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Tutor for immediate hire in the Jobstown, NJ area.

Strategic Therapy is a Behavioral Health Agency providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services throughout New Jersey. We are looking for a caring and professional Tutor to provide academic and skill-building support for individuals with autism and other learning disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
• Work collaboratively with families, supervisors, and care teams to develop and implement individualized tutoring strategies
• Arrive on time and be prepared for tutoring sessions
• Provide in-home tutoring support tailored to the needs of individuals with autism and other learning disabilities

Job Requirements

• Previous experience or familiarity with autism, learning disabilities, or special education
• Energetic individuals with a passion for helping students overcome academic and developmental challenges
• Experience working with individuals with autism and/or other learning disabilities preferred

• A valid driver's license
