Job summary

In-Home Tutors Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Tutor to support a 6-year-old student with Autism in the student’s home in Casselberry, Florida. The role requires patience and consistency to help with recognizing numbers, writing numbers, and tracing using the Saxon curriculum.

Tutoring is scheduled 2-3 days per week for one hour in the morning, with direct deposit pay twice per month via the online reporting system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or teaching certificate in Education, Reading or Special Education.
• Experience working with students with Autism.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face tutoring at the student’s home in Casselberry, FL.
• Utilize Saxon curriculum to support number recognition, writing numbers, and patterns.
• Schedule 2-3 one-hour sessions per week in morning 9-11am with regular progress updates.

We are seeking a Tutor to support a 6 year old student with Autism (NonVerbal-using an assisted device). She is home-schooled. Parent using the Saxon curriculum. The student is working onrecognizing & writing numbers, patterns, tracing.

Tutoring will take place face-to-face at the student's home in Casselberry. The client would like tutoring 2-3 days per week for 1 hour each day, during the morning time, available 9-11am

Details:

• Pay: $35.00/hour
• Location: In-person tutoring in Casselberry 32707
• Schedule: 2-3 sessions per week for 1 hour each day
• Direct Deposit pay, twice per month via our online reporting system

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or the subject being taught such as Reading or Special Education OR a Teaching certificate in Education, Reading or Special Education.
