Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is seeking a Turtle Care Assistant at the Bronx Zoo to support keepers and Wildlife Health Center staff with daily turtle/tortoise care. This seasonal, non-exempt role involves assisting with diets, enclosure maintenance, and health checks.
The position offers hourly pay and a schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, reporting to the Curator and senior staff. Prior experience with reptiles is preferred, and a high school diploma is expected.

The Turtle Care Assistant will assist keepers and WHC staff with the daily tasks associated with the care of confiscated turtles/tortoises housed at the Bronx Zoo.
