Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of turret driving experience.
• Forklift certification or equivalent training.
• Experience operating turret trucks or similar equipment, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a turret truck to retrieve, store, and relocate materials within the warehouse.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Perform routine turret truck inspections.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts and full audits).
• Label and organize inventory for space optimization.
• Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for shipping or internal use.
• Collaborate with shipping/receiving for order processing.
• Train new employees in turret operations and inventory procedures.
