Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Turret Truck Operator for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will safely operate turret equipment, manage inventory with WMS, and coordinate with shipping for on-time orders.

Requirements include 5+ years turret driving, forklift certification, and experience in a food manufacturing warehouse environment. Ability to work weekends is a plus and physical demands are applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of Turret driving experience.
• Proven experience operating turret trucks or similar equipment – within food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Forklift certification or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a turret truck to retrieve, store, and relocate materials within the warehouse.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE guidelines.
• Perform routine inspections of the turret truck.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts and full audits).
• Ensure proper labeling of inventory and materials movement requirements.
• Label and organize inventory to optimize space utilization.
• Pick, pack, and prepare inventory items for shipping or internal use.
• Collaborate with shipping and receiving to ensure timely order processing.
• Inspect inventory for damages or discrepancies and report issues.
