Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate in Medley, FL to pick, pull, and move pallets and operate a Turret forklift in a cold storage warehouse. You will follow all safety standards, stage materials, and maintain equipment while supporting freight movement and daily checks.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a flexible schedule (Mon-Fri, 3pm–11:30pm) and comfort with noisy environments. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Write the order number, name of the receiver, and quantity of case on every order, box, pallet, packages and bins pulled.
• Report bad tickets right away to the appropriate leader.
• Pull all orders in a timely manner.
• Once orders are pulled, help run freight and locate product.
• Report broken pallets to supervisor.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.

2nd shift

Monday - Friday

3pm - 11:30pm

Pick, pull, and move whole pallets of products while operating a Turret machine while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Place materials to be staged and put away in a warehouse environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write the order number, name of the receiver, and quantity of case on every order, box, pallet, packages and bins pulled

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs,; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
