You will perform full resets, change linens, restock supplies, and sanitize kitchens and baths to high hospitality standards, ensuring guest-ready conditions. The role emphasizes efficiency and attention to detail, with schedules typically between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred (hotel, Airbnb, apartments, or residential).
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform full property resets between guest stays.
• Change and properly stage linens and bedding.
• Restock toiletries, paper products, and guest supplies.
• Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms to hospitality standards.
• Wipe down appliances (inside & out).
• Inspect for damages and report immediately.
• Stage property according to checklist (pillows, décor, lights on/off, thermostat settings).
• Ensure property is guest-ready before check-in time.
• Deep clean vacant units prior to new tenant move-in.
• Clean inside cabinets, drawers, closets.
• Scrub appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave).
• Clean baseboards, doors, trim, and vents.
• Ensure unit meets move-in inspection standards.
• Report maintenance or repair issues.
