Qualifications

• Experience directing and coordinating turnkey HVAC projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with sales teams, customers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily on-site work direction to subcontractors, technicians, designers, and administration.
• Manages and executes turnkey projects in all areas from start to finish, including safety, scope, budget, and scheduling.
• Ensures contract requirements are met and coordinates procurement of materials and equipment.
• Maintains project documentation and communicates issues to the Project Manager.
• Acts as on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors and owners throughout all phases of the project.
