Engineering Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Control Panel Technician to join our Production team in Wisconsin.

This full-time role requires building and wiring customized panels, interpreting electrical schematics, and ensuring quality within project deadlines. The position includes 1st shift, standard Monday–Friday hours, travel to customer locations as needed, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Demonstrate basic computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook.
• Must hold valid driver’s license with ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Attend kickoff meetings with Engineering team and customers to understand project requirements.
• Build and wire complex industrial control panels from start to finish following electrical schematics.
• Layout, drill, punch, tap, and mount components in sheet metal enclosures.
• Route and bundle wires neatly according to standards.
• Troubleshoot turnkey automation equipment in-house or at customer sites.
