Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our guest-services team. You will ensure guest rooms are immaculate, prepare turndown amenities, and provide discreet, thoughtful touches that enhance each guest's stay.

The role requires physical stamina and a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful, and a flexible schedule is preferred to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willing to work a 24-hour operation and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to maintain immaculate, restful spaces.
• Provide discreet turndown service and special touches for guest comfort.
• Restock amenities and report maintenance issues as needed.
