About the location: A sleek urban retreat in the Pacific Northwest. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, deep-blue waters, and evergreen forests, Seattle offers a vibrant mix of nature and city life. Position: Turndown Attendant – Part-time

Location: Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

We are seeking a Turndown Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities include creating a comfortable evening environment in guest rooms by cleaning, refreshing, and preparing rooms for sleep. This role reports to the Director of Housekeeping. U.S. work authorization is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Remove used towels, replace with clean ones, turn down beds, and change linens if needed. Wipe bathroom surfaces, fold clothing, remove trash, and fill ice buckets.
  2. Restock amenities such as shampoo, soap, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
  3. Prepare vacant rooms for upcoming guests.
  4. Perform full cleaning of guest rooms as needed.
  5. Assist House Attendant with high-volume tasks, including making rollaway beds.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  2. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
