Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking an Operations Projects Coordinator, Mechanical at its Cameron, LA CLNG facility. You will manage and coordinate mechanical turnaround work, interface with contractors and internal teams, and ensure safe, compliant execution of turnaround activities.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with focus on CPM schedule development, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum a high school diploma or GED. Technical degree, Mechanical Trade or PMP certification – or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Mechanical Turnaround work per HSSE processes to prevent unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with Turnaround Contractors, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and others.
• Meet STO Gate process deliverables.
• Ensure Management of Change conditions are communicated.
• Coordinate daily schedule changes and attendee lists.
• Facilitate turnaround scope workshops and capture works in SAP.
• Support development of execution work packs and risk identification.
• Assist schedule development with Turnaround Scheduler and CPM.
• Coordinate logistics, tools, and certifications with Turnaround Logistics.
• Ensure contractor selection and oversight.
• Act as conflict resolution interface between Contractors, Third parties, and VG.
• Monitor progress against baselines and report risks.
• Serve as SME for continuous improvement/lessons learned.
