Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Senior Manager for its New York City office. The role leads a team on restructuring and bankruptcy engagements, develops strategy, and drives new business proposals under advisory partners’ direction.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in restructuring, strong leadership, and advanced knowledge of bankruptcy processes, with a track record in marketing and client development. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in business restructuring and/or related consulting services.
• Five or more years of management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency process.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred; CPA, CFE and other certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leading and advising on various aspects of the restructuring process including strategy development, liquidity management, parallel processes, preparation for bankruptcy and execution.
• Developing and executing restructuring and turnaround plans to maximize value for all stakeholders.
• Developing financial models, especially integrated P&L with balance sheets and cash flows.
• Maintaining executive presence and serving as primary contact on engagements while keeping Partners informed of progress.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and client personnel; managing a team and delegating work assignments.
• Encouraging team collaboration and contributing to professional development of assigned personnel.
• Travel to clients locally, regionally, and nationally.
