Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Senior Manager for the New York City office. The role leads a team in business restructuring and bankruptcy engagements, including litigation, under the direction of an Advisory Partner. The Senior Manager will also market and lead new business proposals.

The position emphasizes developing strategies, liquidity management, and execution while maintaining executive presence and client relations across engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business restructuring and/or related consulting services.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency process.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred; CPA, CFE and other relevant certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on restructuring process including strategy development, liquidity management, parallel processes, negotiations, and implementation.
• Develop and execute restructuring and turnaround plans to maximize value for stakeholders.
• Develop financial models, especially integrated P&L with balance sheets and cash flows.
• Act as executive contact on engagements and keep Partners informed of progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and client personnel.
• Effectively manage a team of professionals and delegate work assignments.
• Encourage team environment and contribute to professional development.
• Travel to clients locally, regionally and nationally.
