Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cost engineering or project controls experience.
• Strong estimating, forecasting, budgeting and cost reporting knowledge.
• Experience with turnarounds, outages, or industrial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert for turnaround cost management and cost control processes.
• Develop and maintain project cost estimates from ICE to TCE.
• Manage cost control systems for accurate financial reporting and forecast updates.
• Monitor expenditures, track budget-to-actuals, and report cost performance.
• Prepare financial analyses and support funding requests.
