Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in restructuring with client-side exposure.

• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to drive corporate recovery, restructuring, and insolvency engagements.
• Apply project management to scope, prioritize, and execute client engagements.
• Analyze business plans, debt capacity, and regulatory considerations.
• Develop turnaround strategies and evaluate restructuring/financing options.
• Drive financial modeling, cash flow projections, and client deliverables.
• Lead business development and prepare analyses and reports for clients.
