Job summary

Armanino seeks an experienced Director to join its Corporate Finance & Restructuring team. The role focuses on leading engagements in corporate recovery, distressed M&A, and special situations.

You will originate and execute transactions from end to end, leveraging a boutique/middle-market mindset. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in investment banking or restructuring advisory, with established lender and investor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in investment banking, restructuring advisory, or special situations
• Proven track record in business development and sourcing
• Deep knowledge of corporate recoveries, restructurings, distressed sale transactions, and related services

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements across corporate recovery, restructuring, distressed M&A, and special situations
• Analyze debt capacity, contracts, and regulatory considerations for client strategies
• Develop turnaround strategies and evaluate restructuring/financing alternatives
• Create integrated financial models, cash flow forecasts, and business plans
• Supervise project teams and manage outside professionals
• Drive marketing and business development initiatives
• Prepare client deliverables and reports indicating scope and results
