Legacy Traditional Schools is seeking a Principal on Assignment to provide leadership at a designated campus. You will align with district policies, oversee staff, and strengthen instruction, student achievement, and campus operations.

Reporting to the superintendent, you will manage safety, budgets, and communications while mentoring campus staff and building community relationships. A Master's degree and Principal Certification are required, with significant prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and Principal Certification required.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience.
• Minimum five years of school administration experience.
• At least two years in charter school operations.
• At least three years leading turnaround schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus operations aligning with district policies and educational model.
• Monitor student achievement data and drive interventions.
• Provide feedback through classroom visits and evaluations.
• Hire, supervise, and develop campus staff with HR leadership.
• Plan professional development and cultivate a collaborative culture.
• Ensure campus safety, budgeting, facilities, and compliance.

Education

Master's degree in education, educational administration, educational leadership, or related field
