Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking a Boilermaker for a turnaround in Kingsport, TN. You will assemble, disassemble, and repair boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels according to blueprint specifications, with safety requirements and supervisor guidance.

Non-exempt role reporting to a Foreman; responsibilities include rigging, lifting, and precision work on process equipment, following client and company safety policies to minimize downtime and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of experience in boiler-related construction or turnaround work.
• Post offer drug/alcohol screen and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble boilers, tanks, vessels and related components.
• Interpret blueprint specifications and follow procedures for fit-up and alignment.
• Utilize rigging and hand tools to position and secure parts; assist with testing.
• Adhere to company and client safety policies to minimize downtime.
