Qualifications

• Experience operating turf equipment safely.
• Ability to coordinate tasks with faculty and staff.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain pesticide license within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and managerial oversight of TRC operations.
• Coordinate maintenance across plots, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable facility operations.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FIFRA, and Virginia regulations.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and industry partners.
