Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of the Turf / Plant Health Care Applicator include managing lawn/turf services and plant/tree health care. Responsibilities involve developing and implementing turf and plant health care programs with proper certifications/licenses for application of fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, etc.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide quality lawn care services
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides to turf, shrubs, trees, and annuals/perennials
• Route work efficiently and complete tasks on time
• Perform daily truck inspections and report issues
• Load, mix, and calibrate products correctly for applications
• Assist with yard inventory maintenance
• Inspect properties for pests or diseases and report findings
• Hold necessary licenses/certifications to meet state regulations
• Maintain records of chemical applications
• Use company devices and apps for documentation and communication

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Up-to-date licenses/certifications for turf and plant health care
• Class C, CDL license
