Quality Equipment, LLC in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Service Technician - Turf Equipment to diagnose and repair turf equipment and related AMS products. You will disassemble and reassemble components, perform repairs, and ensure service tasks are completed with accuracy and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of repair experience, and the ability to document work on repair orders. Forklift operation is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of service repair experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to write diagnosis and repair reports
• Proficient knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must possess a set of tools

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair turf equipment and AMS products.
• Disassemble and reassemble components and machines.
• Complete service tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
• Document work on repair orders.
• Report additional work to the Service Manager.
• Participate in training programs.
• Record all time and materials used.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Report unsafe tools or equipment.
• Follow all safety rules.
