Job summary

Quality Equipment Llc in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Service Technician - Turf Equipment. You will diagnose and repair agricultural and turf machines, disassemble and reassemble components, and prepare detailed repair orders for the Service Manager.

You’ll maintain a clean work area and participate in ongoing training. The role requires 3+ years of service repair experience, knowledge of engines, transmissions, and hydraulics, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Disassemble, assemble, and repair components and machines.
• Prepare repair orders detailing work performed.
• Report any additional work to Service Manager for safe operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Participate in training programs as directed by Service Manager.
