Turf Chem Spray Technician (Columbus, OH area)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Crew Leader with a background in turf chemical spray application or a strong interest in receiving training for this responsibility. When turf application work is not available, this role will lead a landscape maintenance crew.

Pay Range

This range is provided by BrightView Landscapes. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Ohio Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator License is preferred.
• Candidates without a license may be considered; paid hands-on training is provided. Note: Book study time is unpaid. All testing fees are covered by the company.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• A Chauffeur's license is preferred.
• Must pass motor vehicle record check, criminal background check, and drug screening. This includes obtaining an Ohio DOT Medical Card as per federal regulations.
