Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll provide you with amazing continuous support for everything.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about TurboTax products and tax return software.
• Assist with downloading, logging in, getting started, importing documents, printing and filing, and basic tax inquiries.
• Receive ongoing support from an SME on live calls and collaborate with an MPS Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate.

Benefits

• Get paid $18.50 per hour
• Earn a $155 Bonus for getting certified as a TurboTax Product Expert
• Certification takes place over 2 days
• Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am EST, Monday to Sunday
• Minimum 20 hours per week required; you can work more if you’d like
