Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, while growing a local client base and coordinating with Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end services.

You will work on-site, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a complete

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training including compliance and cross-training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local client base through community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
