Job summary

Intuit is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our Georgia team. You will prepare tax returns onsite at a TurboTax location, provide expert advice, and connect customers with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

The role blends tax expertise with community engagement, building local client bases and delivering outstanding service. Onsite work at least 20 hours/week with year-round opportunity and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new service areas, including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development, including compliance and upskilling.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise: Deliver hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services, tackling a range of tax situations from simple W-2 filings to complex business income scenarios.
• Be a Community Ambassador: Cultivate a strong local customer base by engaging in outreach, grassroots marketing, and building partnerships.

About the Role

In this position, you will work onsite at one of our TurboTax locations, collaborating with a team of financial experts to serve our customers both in-person and virtually. Your main focus will be the preparation of tax returns while providing expert advice and software support. You will also facilitate direct connections between customers and specialists in areas such as business tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. What You'll Do:

• Provide Tax Expertise: Deliver hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services, tackling a range of tax situations from simple W-2 filings to complex business income scenarios. Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and provide future tax planning guidance.

• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required.
